Customer Details

It would be useful if we could add more customer contact details, within a company there may be several contacts, such as workshop supervisor, purchase ledger clerk, but there doesn't seem the capacity to enter this detail in sage

Dont allow processing of orders when account is on hold

sage allows despatch of goods when an account is on hold for existing orders. Would prefer to stop any processing of orders as goods are being despatched to customers that shouldn't receive them

Multiple on SL and PL On Hold Reason

Rather than just On Hold it would be useful to be able to select a reason for the customer being on hold. Credit Hold / Account Conflict etc etc

This would then stop invoices being put on hold and also stop things from being despatched.
