Messaging and Email Settings

Microsoft and Google have announced changes to SMTP email authentication that will affect Sage software's email functionality. I cannot see there is no way to set this up to work now Microsoft and Google have retired Basic Auth.

Purchase Order - e-mailed status

Like there is for Print Status in POP a column to show that it has been e-mailed. These days it is e-mailed more than printed and the print status updates to PRINTED even if just previewed so need a separate column for E-mailed.

Microsoft Integration - Post transactions from Outlook into Sage 200

Enhance Sage Contact to allow a transaction to be posted from Outlook into Sage 200. For example, you receive a supplier invoice via email and can submit that as a transaction without leaving Outlook

POP Column for how an order has been placed

Would like a column in the Purchase Order list to say when the order has been placed i.e. emailed, online, scanned etc. Trying to use the Print/not printed method but find this is time consuming and things are getting missed.

Since upgrading to Sage 200 we cannot see if a purchase order has been received as it does not show the order status i.e. completed/part delivered

For columns to be added by default to show account balance in base currency

For customers and suppliers, it shows the value in their own currency - eg Euro balances. It would be useful for one of our customers if there was a column available by default to show the balance in base currency
