There are a number of occasions when staff have documents that are relevant to a Requisition. Quotations, agreements, artwork or tender documents are at present only attached once an order has been generated. If these could be attached at the same time as entering the Requisition they would be available for the Budget Holder who approves the Requisition and would also then be ready for any Audit or to be sent to the supplier if necessary.
