There are many occasions when an organisation would like to be able to analyse their transaction data in different ways and then be able to report or export on the data. Allowing several different Transaction Analysis codes to be entered on a single transaction would allow this. For example for a MAT using a single database it could allocate the first code to a Fund and then use the 2nd code to allocate a transaction against a trip, thereby allowing maximum flexibility.
