Currently an the installer for Sage 200 CRM is pretty much the same as the standard CRM Standalone installer other than changing some labels. Post install of CRM there are a lot of manual steps required such as changing folder permissions changing IIS users on application pools and confirming settings in Sage 200. Additionally there is a possibility of installing a set of demo data which wont even work with the application.. My suggestion is to make an installer to set all of this configuration as part of the install. Could even put the integration settings in as part of the install process (as that&s sort of part of the install too) Should be a win win for both Sage and BPs as I&m sure there has been a lot of calls logged with support due to installation issues due to missed steps
