Bio-metric authentication for Bank Feeds

With the need for security, bio-metric (fingerprint) authentication is how one our customers logs onto their bank accounts. After installing the relevant bank plug-in the only authentication options are a PIN sentry or memorable information/password. With the Open Banking legislation being passed in September 2019, would this affect authentication methods going forward for Bank Feeds? How is things going to be developed in Sage 200cloud Professional?
