Ability to colour code items for when it prints out on invoice (stock, comment etc) without having to go into the set up.

Hi again Christine,
It is possible to colour code documentation using conditional formatting. Or by changing the documentation grouping to accommodate the requirements. I've done this for clients on statements where overdue items are shown in red, Nearly due in green, and nowhere near due in black.
