Sage 200 UKI Ideas Portal
No opportunity when posting a cost adjustment in Project Accounting to attach any back-up or supporting evidence. The postings are essentially the same as a journal yet no button to attach anything. So unable to keep good back-up to show auditors.

Hi Jo, I tried to edit the idea yesterday and add the images. It doesn't seem to have retained them. I'll see whether it lets me add the images to a comment now. I'll also forward by email too. Thanks
my apologies John, I don't seem to be able to spot the screenshots - would you mind sending them to UKISage200ProductManagement@sage.com, and I'll review them and try to upload them via the admin tool.
Hi Jo, I've just taken some screenshots and edited the idea to attach the files. Hopefully that helps demonstrate the issue. There should be the same option in the cost adjustment as there is in a journal posting. When you view the nominal transactions, you'd want to be able to view back-up to show to auditors etc. Thanks
