Users to be able to upload BACPAC files for sage 200 Online, this would give users the ability to manage their own system better.

More information is needed on why a Customer would need to do this.
Also, as Sage 200 Extra Online has been retired this could only be an option for Sage 200 Standard/ Sage for Education.
