Nominal ledger transactions for cost of sales from stock only refer to SOP number. Nominal ledger transactions for sales from stock have the customer number and sales invoice number. Given the system creates the cost of sales entry when the sales invoice is posted, the sales invoice number needs to be included in the narrative in the cost of sales, too. Or is it and I have missed it?
