I notice that you are doing an update on 28 February. Many small businesses work strange hours - what larger businesses who have multiple staff would class as out of business hours. On the last working day of each month, most businesses send out statements. With small businesses these are done probably out of normal business hours. To be told that you are installing an update just at the time that we would be doing this work is most inconvenient. Yes there are work arounds but it just complicates matters.

We listened to our customers feedback and Sage 200 Standard/ Sage for Education releases are no longer done at the end of month, and we avoid the first few days of a month as well.
If we do have a need for maintenance this will still need to be done at any time and updates will be via email/ launchpad and/ or https://status.sage.com/
