P&L Reports - Show Cost Centre & Dept Names

Currently only the Cost Centre Codes and Dept Codes areavailable in the variables. Stakeholders need to see the names of cost centres and depts.

    3 Profit and Loss and 2 Balance sheet reports have been created to add the Cost Centre name to the reports that currently have Cost Centre number on it. they have been added to the ideas hub tab of the report of the month article (32495).
