Mark quotes as lost

Converting a quote to an order marks it as completed, however we dont win all our quotes so it would be nice to be able to mark the ones we dont win as lost. Saying that it would be good if we could re-open it if the customer came back and changed their mind. This would be similar to placing a sales order on hold.
