Add a status of lost available for Quotes

With quotes you can convert them or they stop as live unless you delete them. If you delete them you the lose the ability to show quotes raised against quotes won which customers use. If you dont delete the quote then you end up with live quotes that are not really live which then just causes other issues trying to keep track of outstanding quotes. Adding a status of Lost or similar would sort this issue.
