Auditing users added and deleted

For auditing and compliance purposes it would be very useful if Sage 200 SA created an audit log of when new users were added to the system and then any changes to that user, for example role modifications, company access, etc. A report would then be needed in accounting system manager using a date range criteria It is currently possible for anyone with SA access to add a new user, perform some accounting and then remove/disable the user and there is no simple way to check this. Auditors like to be able to check this sort of thing and it has come to light on a clients recent audit.
