Produce Acknowledgements for Sales Returns

When customers need to return unwanted goods, they need to be told (a) where to return them to, (b) that they wont receive full credit unless the goods are in good condition, and (c) they may be subject to a re-stocking charge. The principles mirror the acknowledgements producable for sales orders - but with a different layout / text.
