Do not print an Ask Sage article if you want to save trees

I needed to print article 34436 - troubleshooting the CRM connector. Because it has been reformatted in a larger typeface (and possibly made to look pretty) by someone who only looks at a display screen, it comes to 10 pages of paper - where the whole thing I guess could be reduced to just four pages. Have another think about your reformatting techniques and requirements PLEASE

    Ask Sage articles have ben retired and we've sing migrated to the Sage Knowledgebase. In addition the CRM connector is no longer supported. The article does exist on our Knowledgebase https://gb-kb.sage.com/portal/app/portlets/results/viewsolution.jsp?solutionid=200427112338179 as we understand customers may still be on older versions, it currently runs to 6 pages (thought the 6 page is the footer material from the article) I think this new article solves your request. As this isn't a product feature request we're closing this one.
