Use SOP Document date for calculated if Limited Price is applicable

It appears that SOP calculates the stock item price for Limited Price bands from the system date rather than the order date. I have a customer who is forward ordering and wants to apply a limited price for promos. Unfortunately it does not pick the date based on the SOP doc date but is getting it from the system date.
