The document created by field can be amended by anyone, this creates an issue when managers check an order. Would be great to have the ability to make this field non amendable, either from System Admin features or a setting in the SOP settings.
please ask the customer to vote on the idea, that way if we need to talk to them about the functionality and business impact.
I have had a second customer flag this as an issue for running KPI reports - quote from email below:
"People are going and changing the names and sometimes they type incorrectly etc, can we make field grey out, once the system assigns the user name it cannot be changed as it drives me mad on personal kpi’s reports."
