Currently on most reports and layouts in Sage, credit figures are not shown as negative figures. The problem can be fixed by adding an expression to the layout but it should show credit figures correctly, as standard. An example of a problem report is Sales Invoices and Credits (Summary) in SOP the values all show as positive figures. The issue is fundamentally with the data as opposed to the report as the values are stored in SQL as positive figures which means you also get the issue when writing SQL queries or writing ODBC reports so ideally the data should be corrected but this particular issue relates to the fact that the standard reports and layouts don't correct this issue &out of the box.
