Importing CSV file for Nominal Transaction - the URN should be auto-populated.

If I do not enter a URN, each line is treated as a different posting and it is posted even though each URN does not balance. If I use the next URN in settings, the settings register does not get updated, which allows multiple postings with the same URN.
