Project Accounting Resource Filtering by Project Groups/Project Items
certain resources are not allowed to enter timesheets to all the parts of the Project Tree. Administrators need to be able restrict access to groups and/or project items eg John Smith should only have access to Phase 1 and Phase 2.

Reports that have criteria for Analysis Codes should only list values in the drop down list that are present in the analysis code used in the criteria
eg the default reports installed show all analysis codes in the drop down lists when you click on Criteria, each report has to be amended to restrict the values.

For people entering time against multiple projects, they have to scroll to see the total at the bottom. As the bottom half of the page is blank, can this not be extended so scrolling is not necessary please?
