Debtors Letters

It would good if you were able to automate the sending of debtors letters, deselecting any customers you are already in contact with.

Customer PO to show on debtors list

When contacting the customer they always ask for their PO number which isn't shown on the debtors list - this is a basic requirement of credit control.

Hold Prior Year Journals in the same way as other normal journals

This would allow us to save journals to be reviewed before posting, which we do for other manual journals, I don't see any reason the option shouldn't be there for prior year journals.
