Year End to have estimate/approx. time calculator when being run! Merged

When Year End is being done, it would be useful to have a calculated time, (like Windows installations of programs), that gives a rough idea to both the customer and agent of how long the process of Year End will take. We have been asked this many times and customers would find it extremely useful and re-assuring!
