Automated creation of a previous financial year in Standard/Education

I think it'd be beneficial to have a previous financial year automatically created when schools/standard customers are setting up their company for the first time. This would handy for those who have forgotten to post prior year journals so new opening balances are correct. Could have a screen to go through opening balances/closing TB, run the year end procedure once the opening balance have been confirmed. This would allow users to then post effectively in case something has been forgotten.
