Trial Balance by month report Merged

One of our customers has requested this and is shocked, based on his experience with previously used systems, that a Trial Balance by month report isn't available out-of-the-box. He has created one himself in Sage BI, but it has limitations, one of which is that the information has to be manually refreshed. Another issue is that, although we're hoping to have this fixed, you can't seem to suppress zeroes (even by applying a filter to exclude above -0.001 and below 0.001).
