Prevent users from manually entering a Nominal Account which does not exist

It is possible to enter Nominal analysis for a transaction and type a Nominal account which does not exist. The field will highlight Yellow as a warning but let the user save the transaction, thus posting to Suspense. Warning should be Red and not let the user continue

can you add in validation checks to manually posted nominal journals so it only allows you to post to valid nominal codes instead of posting it to suspense
