For our own system. There are some users (lets say Dept A) who process Purchase Orders all day but another department (Dept B) control their own SOP/POP back to back orders. This means whenever Dept A update the order list it has Dept B's needed orders too. This makes it more difficult on a busy list to see what Dept A needs as they don't touch Dept Bs orders. The idea is to be able to filter by role or flag so that people in one department don't see or generate the other departments orders on Generate Orders.
