Enable POP app users to GRN receipts Merged

We are a multi-academy trust with a central finance function and remote schools. The schools are starting to use the self service app to do their own purchase requisitions. However, as they are remote we don't know what they have or haven't received, so we'd like them to be able to do their own GRNs within the self service app. This would save considerable time.
