In the workspace designer you are able to change the type of a field to be a URL. This means you could set up an analysis code against sales orders for a 'Tracking URL' and the like so users or automation can enter the tracking URL.
In some cases, we believe this tracking URL is being blocked on the website's side as it is incorrectly registering the Chromium browser in .NET as a bot or something similar (the example I have is the UPS site).
The URL works if you copy it from the workspace and open directly in a browser, or if you use workspaces in the browser it just opens the URL in another tab and works.
Having an option to right-click the URL in a workspace in Sage 200 and 'Open in browser', which would then open the link in the user's default browser, would resolve the issue. An option in preferences to set the default on-click functionality for URLs in a workspace would be even better.
