Sales Order - allow attachments

We would like to attach customer order etc to sales order, as otherwise we have to search email boxes for copies when auditors request them.

Idea Benefit keeps records complete and helps with auditor queries
How do you solve for this problem today? search 2 - 3 email boxes where they are saved or go through paperwork archives
