I've recently had lots of issues with trying to export, edit and then import a CSV file for Price Books. Having a CSV file that can easily have mass edits actioned and then loading this into the Price Book is a fantastic option, but Microsoft Excel has endless issues trying to format them (well documented on the internet) and a text edit, whilst having no issues saving the file away in a way that Sage (or any other program) can read, is impossible to edit properly if you have many records. There are CSV editors available on the web but they're either old, lack features, or a freemium program that blocks proper use. A CSV utility within Sage to view and edit these files would make managing this process a much easier, less time consuming and very productive.
