Budget Warnings Needed Desperately - Easy to view or automatic

It would be great if budget warnings were attached to the PO area. CIVICA have this function enabled and you can set it at whatever percentage that you want. If budget has reached 100% spend the system will warn no monies available before allowing a PO to be processed only the administrator can override the spend.
