Sage 200 Cross Selling - needed in New Sales Quotations Merged

Weve recently upgraded our Sage 200 and the Cross Selling feature looked really useful, however it only appears to work in the New Order Full entry screen. This is of limited use, as by the point we enter a new order on sage we have already received the customers Purchase Order and are past the point where there is an opportunity to Cross Sell. Would have been much more useful if cross selling was active at the Sales Quotation stage when things are still up for negotiation. Can this be considered as a new feature?
