Option to open or close multiple periods at the same time. Merged

It is quite lengthy to open and close alot of periods it would be useful to multi select then open all or close all.

Fixed in version 2019 (Spring/ Summer)

    This has now been included in Sage 200cloud Professional Spring 2019 and the latest version of Sage 200cloud Standard.
