When entering Credit notes or reversing invoices there is no facility to add a narrative as this seems to have been disabled? Any ideas on how to rectify this?
If it is the "Narrative" column under the Project Analysis or Nominal & VAT Analysis tabs that are missing it's likely the column has been minimised and by going to "Reset Desktop Settings" it may be able to be made to reappear.
This would also have the effect of removing all list view customisations and saved filters though so bear that in mind.
