Client has asked is it possible to make a nominal code inactive even if it has a balance. In a sense moth ball the nominal account (seasonal nominal analysis).

This has now be included in Sage 200c (released spring 2018) and the latest version of Standard Online.
A setting has been added to Nominal Ledger Settings to restrict account selection to existing and active accounts only.
