Ability to make PL or SL Accounts Inactive

This would mean that old accounts could be made inactive so that they are not accidentally posted to. Different to being on hold in that there is no option to click past the prompt to post a transaction. This would be useful as old customers/suppliers

Mark records no longer used, as Inactive and for the system to remove these from all views: lists, workspaces, selection screens
