Insert lines onto a Quote or Sales Order Merged

On a long Quote or Sales Order (eg 50 lines) it would be useful to be able to insert a line at the appropriate position instead of at the end end and then having to click Move Up multiple times. Or perhaps be able to drag the position of lines.
