Alphabetise the Combined Budgets listing in the POP Requisition

It would be very helpful if the Combined Budgets drop down in the POP requisition could be in an alphabetical order. At present the list seems to follow the order in which the budgets were set up in the system which is not very helpful at all for those who are placing requisitions
