It would be most helpful to have a column for the URN Its almost impossible to allocate the right transaction when they both have the same transaction date, reference and amount ! This is quite critical when foreign currency involved eg transactions are incorrectly posted with an exchange rate of 1.0000 and you wish to make sure that you allocate the right transaction !
