Filter Projects when authorising expenses and timesheets if resource filtering is enabled

Currently if a person authorises timesheets and expenses in 2015 via self service and you have either resource filtering set up in the project or via the filter tab in the edit resources area, you can still authorise someone&s time sheet which is against a project you don&t have access to yourself. I.E. using the demo data Ian McKinley authorises for Mei Ding, you create a new project add Mei Ding to the project via Manage Project Filtering then via the web logon to self service as Mei Ding add in some expenses and timesheet entry for the new project. Log in to the self service as Ian McKinley when you authorise Mei&s timesheets you can see entries for the new project. The same thing happens if you change the resource filtering in the resources area and changeIan McKinley to only see 1 project (in the demo system project 22). When entering a time sheet for yourself you only see project 22 but when authorising expenses for other users you still see all Mei&s timesheets for any project. I would like to only see timesheets or expenses to authorise for only the projects I have access too.
