Users need to be able to print a draft invoice for checking/approval by other departments in their organisation. At the moment as soon as you print an invoice. you cannot change it subsequently i.e. narratives, nominal codes, amount etc. Users need the flexibility to make alterations before a final invoices is printed and posted. If you cancel the invoice - you lose an invoice number and you have to start all over again..
