    Shrink Business Intelligence Database

    As many Sage 200 customers have been using Business Intelligence for potentially several years now there is no way to remove/shrink the size of the database for it other then creating a new database which then looses the As At cube information

    Being able to use Product Group Name in BI

    At the moment we can only use Product Group Code, which is fine for me as I can remember which is which. But my Directors want to see sales by Product Group Name, can this be added into a Cube?

    Original budget values not available in Business Intelligence

    On the Winter 2017 enhancements a new feature was introduced for Original budget values on nominal accounts. It seems this is not currently available in BI.

    Email address to be pre-configured onto any sage report with contact details on! Sage need to move with the times and replace the fax section with email by default instead! Nobody faxes anymore!

    Output mode

    Ability to select output mode at the point of generating a document (so as to override the default). i.e. You default to Spooler, but wish to preview straight away.

    Spooler access across all companies

    We have just updated to latest version of Sage 200 and in our print spooler we can see one companies historical prints but have lost access to our other companies Have spoken to our business partner and we are unable to access historical spoolfiles

    Sage 200 Business Intelligence - Email Settings

    Currently if running a Report Set and send via Email from Sage 200 B.I. you can only specify SMTP Server or IP Address, This is fine if you have an internal repay server, but cannot be used if you are using Office 365 or Gmail for business etc.. w...
