unrestrict customer account hidden tag

the tag for hiding customer accounts is hidden except for programmers meaning bulk changes cant be made, please make this accessible

Ability to place a DD or SO on hold or inactive

This function was available in SAGE 50. when you cancel a DD with the bank you have to delete the DD from SAGE 200 to ensure it is not processed. All transaction/audit history is then lost.
