    Entitlement server has been unreachable for 30 days

    At the moment, there is no warning to say the system is expiring due to the entitlement server being unreachable before it expires Can you add a warning message prior to the 30 days to allow end users to act/fix the issue before a system expires

    Reverse Prepayment option

    A user has posted a Prepayment in error, they cant use the Reverse option as this is not supported. It would be good to have an option to reverse it.

    Web user licences

    Are we able to increase the amount of web user licences past 150 ? We are a growing company and will need more licences for future staff, which may sadly mean changing software provider if this isn&t an option.
