Credit Notes to be included in Contra Entries

It would be useful for Users to be able to include Credit Notes in the Contra Entry screen, or for them to be able to go to the Allocate screen from the Contra Entries screen.

To include more and more user friendly videos pre-built into the F1 help menu to enhance customers understanding of functions of the program.
