Print Picking List when all products are to follow

It would be very helpful to be able to print a picking list without any products being allocated. This is not possible now.

Ability to print a picking list only when all items on an order are fully allocated. This means that all items including allocated and non-allocated items would be despatched in one full order.

Print Picking List by User ID
