The Sage 200 desktop form "Print Order" can be populated from the selected orders on the SOP desktop list. However, there is a limit to populating using this method. Are Sage 200 support able to confirm the reason for the row limit ? The limit appears to be on the low hundreds, but users often have SOP desktop lists with filters which return many hundreds of rows. When they are select and the Print order form is opened, not all rows appear on the form (due to the limit).

So whilst the above commenter is right that you can change it, this is not supported. Additionally if you wanted to send the list to report designer, there is a limit in report designer that will also activate that would cause a further challenge.

In the SOP desktop list's Paged view, 190 rows are displayed - which may be connected. How many does it say in "Rows selected"? (bottom left).
In Scrollable view, the default number displayed is 1000, but that can be changed - see https://sage200uki.ideas.aha.io/ideas/S200UK-I-1499
