Sage 200 Admin - Hiding old users

Can an option be added to Admin, so that left employees can be hidden. Having 300-400 users to select from in project accounting and timesheet entering, makes a very long list.

Idea Benefit Save time and avoid error of selecting incorrect person
How do you solve for this problem today? I cant
